- Sincerite 2 is a 110m2 homestay which stays right at the center of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The home has a very convenient location and close to many famous tourist places including many famous food streets.

Notice for Checking in
Below are guidances of checking in the house
Entrance
- Please note that it will take some stairs to get to the second floor so it might not suitable for old people
- The entrance is 1.5m wide and 6m in length.
- At day time, checking in through the entrance is easy.
- At night after 9:00PM, some residents in the building park their bikes along side the 6 meters entrance making it narrow. For person to pass through the 6 meters entrance is easy. But if you carry large luggages when checking in, it will be harder to get through. The good thing is that after getting through that 6 meters entrance, it will be very easy to get upstairs, and the house is just on the second floor of the builiding.

- Becareful for not mistakenly getting to our other Sincerite 1 which is located in District 1 as well.
- 10km form Tan Son Nhat Airport
- Check in time is after 2:00pm and check out time is before 11:00am
Lockbox
- Enter the number we provided
- Pull down the lever and pull the grey cover out at the same time
- Get the card for opening the door
- Put the card into electric box to turn the electricity on
Lock
- Press the bottom button to open the door when inside the house
- Switch the top button to prevent the door from opening at the outside
- Close the door closely for the lock to work correctly
Toiletries
- The house does not provide the following toiletries: Shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush. They can be bought easily at the nearby convenient stores.
- For better preparation, you can provide us the number of guests staying so that we can prepare enough towels for you.
Luggages drop off
- For dropping off luggages, if the house still having guests at the time you want to drop off your luggages. You can leave them for my neighbor. You just need to pay her some fee for keeping your luggages. The price table is:
- Suitcase size M 60.000VND
- Suitcase size S 40.000VND
- Balo 30.000VND
- If the house does not have guests, you can drop off your luggages in the house with no extra charge.

Really value stay for the location, right next to the busiest street in VN but with the right amount of peace and connectivity elsewhere as well.
The place hosted 7 of us easily, with 3 of us sharing the “Friendship room”. Host was always quick to resolve any issues or questions we had, and gave us local food recommendations nearby as well.
Check in was a breeze, quick wifi, easy Grab pick up location and extremely value for money.
