- Because it is a house right at the road fork and in the center of District 1 so at daytime after 7:00am, it might be a little noisy. But the good thing is after 9:00pm, it will be very quite because the house is in an alley 20m from the main street, Tran Hung Dao St, so after 9:00pm, not many vehicles will go through this road fork.

- Please note that it will take some stairs to get to the second floor so it might not suitable for old people
- For checking in you can use the private side door of the house.
- You will have 2 keys. one is for the upstairs and one is for the side door of the house.
- Check in time is after 2:00pm and check out time is before 11:00am

- Becareful for not mistakenly getting to our other Sincerite 2 which is located in District 1 as well.

Lockbox
- Enter the number we provided
- Pull down the lever and pull the grey cover out at the same time
- Get the keys for opening the door
- Close the lockbox and shuffle the numbers
Toiletries
- The house does not provide the following toiletries: Shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush. They can be bought easily at the nearby convenient stores.
- For better preparation, you can provide us the number of guests staying so that we can prepare enough towels for you.
- The house does not have available drinking water but you can easily buy at nearby store with just 5 minutes walking.
