The main data collection on the Sincerite website includes: Full name, phone number. This is the information that Sincerite requires members to provide when registering to use the service and for Sincerite to confirm when customers register to use the service on the website to ensure the rights of consumers. During the payment transaction process with Sincerite, we only keep detailed information about the member's paid orders, information about the member's bank account number will not be kept.

The company uses the information provided by members to:
- Provide services to members;
- Send notifications about information exchange activities between members and the Sincerite website;
- Prevent activities that destroy members' user accounts or activities that impersonate members;

– In case of legal requirements: The Company is responsible for cooperating to provide members' personal information when requested by judicial agencies including: the Procuracy, the court, the police investigation agency related to any violation of the law by the customer. - Sincerite is committed to keeping members' personal information on Sincerite absolutely confidential according to Sincerite's personal information protection policy. The collection and use of each member's information is only done with the consent of that customer, except in cases where the law provides otherwise.
– Do not use, transfer, provide or disclose to any third party any personal information of a member without the consent of the member.
– Absolutely keep confidential all information of online transactions of members including accounting invoice information and digital documents on Sincerite.
– Sincerite Management Board requires individuals when registering/purchasing as a Member, to provide full relevant personal information such as: Full name, phone number and be responsible for the legality of the above information. Sincerite Management Board is not responsible and will not resolve any complaints related to the rights of that member if it is determined that all personal information provided by that member upon initial registration is inaccurate.
